My handmade bifold wallets start as 3 pieces of leather. The exterior, interior and liner.
The Hermann Oak English Bridle exterior is buttery soft and smells amazing. It gets better with age is some of the best leather available.
Unlike most wallet makers I make my interiors by hand with the best leathers available. A DeWalt Leather wallet will never be made with a cheap mass produced interior from China.
I use high quality leather liners in the bill compartment. It's an extra step most makers skip because it's time consuming but it makes a premium finished product.
